🚀 We’re hiring: Senior Site Reliability Engineer – Enablement

At RippleTreasury, we’re building the next generation of treasury technology — and we’re looking for a Site Reliability Engineer – Enablement to help engineering teams ship faster, safer, and with confidence.

This is not a traditional SRE role. You won’t just keep systems running — you’ll coach, mentor, and enable teams to do it brilliantly themselves.

🔍 What makes this role different?

You’ll embed with product teams in 6–12 week enablement engagements, helping them level up across three critical domains:

👀 Observability – logs, metrics, traces, SLOs, dashboards, faster MTTR

🚀 Releasability – CI/CD, trunk-based dev, progressive delivery, automation

🔐 Security – DevSecOps, secure pipelines, threat modelling, vulnerability remediation

🛠️ What you’ll bring

• Experience in SRE / DevOps / Platform Engineering
• Strong observability tooling experience (Datadog, New Relic, OpenTelemetry)
• CI/CD expertise with Azure DevOps & GitHub Actions
• Octopus Deploy and Terraform experience (required)
• A consultative mindset and passion for enabling others
