Marketing Content Manager

To ensure success as our Digital Marketing Manager, you should have in-depth knowledge of digital marketing tactics, be able to run and analyze online campaigns as well as have advanced knowledge of social media trends. You will be one of the fist hires within our Sales and Marketing team so there’s lots of room to grow and show what you can do.

You will spearhead our online presence, create and update content for our social media channels to boost web traffic and elevate brand awareness. Your will also be crafting our online profile and community through targeted creation and dissemination of relevant content. 

Responsibilities:

• Plan, design, implement and monitor social media marketing campaigns across various platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, etc.) ensuring alignment with our brand identity and business objectives;

• Track social media campaigns’ key performance metrics to maximize results and report on progress;

• Analyze site traffic including click navigation, assess the online user experience and develop strategies to increase NPS;

• Design, create and curate engaging multimedia content that mirrors our product promotions, campaigns and brand initiatives;

• Create comprehensive marketing plans to boost brand image, increase customer engagement and improve conversions;

• Maintaining customer communications with weekly reports, news articles and industry guides;

• Foster and expand our community of followers by engaging with users, responding to their comments and direct inquiries and cultivating a positive online environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or relevant field;

• Previous experience as an online marketing manager are welcomed;

• Knowledge of digital marketing tools, SEO best practices, and brand exposure techniques;

• Experience in using graphic design tools;

• Excellent copy-writing, editing, and verbal communication skills;

• Positive can-do attitude;

• Excellent writing and verbal communication in English is a must.
