I’m looking for a Data Scientist who has experience using AI/ML in the Financial Services sector. We’re partnering with a leading international tech enterprise seeking a commercially minded Data Scientist to drive smarter marketing and distribution decisions through advanced analytics.

This role sits at the intersection of data science, marketing performance, and revenue growth. You’ll apply AI/ML to improve targeting precision, campaign effectiveness, and distribution outcomes within a complex, regulated environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Build and deploy segmentation, propensity, and predictive models that directly impact marketing ROI and conversion.
• Translate customer, advisor, and transactional data into actionable insight.
• Develop production-ready models in cloud environments, following best-practice governance and lifecycle standards.
• Create clear, decision-focused dashboards to support performance tracking and stakeholder insight.
• Partner with marketing, distribution, sales, and tech teams to embed analytics into commercial strategy.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years in Data Science or Marketing Analytics within financial services.
• Strong Python and SQL expertise.
• Experience with cloud-based analytics platforms.
• Exposure to AI-driven lead scoring or intent data solutions.
• Confidence communicating complex analysis to senior, non-technical stakeholders.
• Commercial awareness and an understanding of regulatory data environments.
