Responsibilities:

As a core member of an international, cross-functional squad, you will bridge the gap between complex business challenges and elegant technical solutions.

• Architect & Code: Design and develop sophisticated algorithms and logic that power industry-specific platforms.
• Innovate & Lead: Influence team standards, lead code reviews, and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of technical excellence.
• End-to-End Ownership: From refining requirements with stakeholders to implementing automated CI/CD pipelines, you own the lifecycle of your features.
• Problem Solve: Research and resolve complex escalations, ensuring the stability of applications used by millions.

What we’re looking for:

• The Foundation: A Degree in CS (or equivalent experience) and 2+ years of professional development experience (Developer II or III levels).
• The Stack: Professional-grade experience with Angular and at least one back-end powerhouse like Java, C#, or C/C++.
• The Mindset: A solid grasp of data structures and algorithms. You don't just write code; you write efficient code.
• The Ecosystem: Comfort in Linux/Windows environments and a deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
• The Soft Skills: You are a "collaborative expert"—someone who can translate business goals into technical reality while building trust across the team.
• As the team is international, the main language of work will be English. For this reason, we need a strong communication level (B2/C1).
