About the Role
Join our team as the Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant, combining technical and business expertise to shape HR systems for a diverse client base in the UK, Scandinavia, Baltic States and Germany. Your Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects, taking ownership of tasks, delegating effectively, and ensuring project success
- With your consulting expertise, you’ll confidently lead workshops, actively shape solutions, and ensure smooth processes and outstanding results
- Acting as a trusted advisor, you’ll build lasting client relationships and contribute to proposals, effort estimations, and presales activities
- Provide expert support for both standard and complex issues via ticketing tools
- Active involvement in project planning, effort estimation, and time management
- Early identification of risks and development of effective mitigation strategies
- Coordinating test management – from test cases to go-live
- Work closely with cross-functional teams and consultants to drive seamless collaboration and execution
- Mentor and guide junior consultants or client team members
Your Experience and Skills
- 3+ years of knowledge and work experience in any SAP SuccessFactors module/s as implementation consultant, Qualtrics, SAP Payroll, global enterprise HRIS, and integrations
- At least one certification in any SAP SuccessFactors module/s, SAP payroll
- Proven ability to lead projects and/or design technical solutions, and provide exceptional customer support
- Excellent communication skills to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Strong technical expertise, configuration, tech documentation, XML, business rule functions and formulas, "if conditions", and experience designing and delivering technical solutions
- Experience providing customer support via phone or ticketing tools, along with strong problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s or Master University degree in IT, HR, systems management, business administration or analytics
- Fluent in English and Latvian for day-to-day communication with clients
Considered an Advantage
- Experience with Human Resource, ERP or payroll-related solutions (support, design, and/or configuration)
- Experience leading SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects in project manager or coordinator role
- SAP SuccessFactors integrations development and/or maintenance work with any other corporate ERP system as super user
