We are now looking for a Project Manager in Development to join our Design and Construction team.

Expectations

• You are comfortable working in both Latvian and English, spoken and written.
• You can handle AutoCAD in your everyday work.
• A background in construction or engineering is a plus, but not a must.
• You enjoy working independently, but also value being part of a supportive team.
• You like solving problems and approaching challenges with an analytical mindset.
• You communicate clearly and confidently with different stakeholders – from authorities and municipalities to partners and clients.
• You are eager to grow professionally and ready to take on more responsibility step by step in project management.

Main Responsibilities

• Represent Invego on the client side throughout the entire journey — from detailed planning, design and the construction stage.
• Carry out analyses, prepare clear descriptions, and help find smart solutions that move the team and project forward.
• Organize and manage construction and design tenders, as well as review and evaluate the results.
• Communicate and coordinate with local authorities and municipalities.
• Oversee and represent Invego during all stages of the project, ensuring everything runs according to plan.
• Work closely with the marketing, sales, and maintenance teams on design- and construction-related matters to ensure a smooth process from start to finish.
