Key Responsibilities
- Improvement of the existing products according to the customer needs.
- Construction and design of new products.
- Product development from the idea to production.
- Preparation of documentation (drawings, specifications, plans and other technical documentation).
- Communication with other department.
- Higher engineering university education.
- At least 2 years of work experience in design.
- Similar work experience with refrigeration/heating/automation equipment and experience in the construction of sheet steel products (advantage).
- SolidWorks software skills.
- Good MS Office skills.
- Excellent Lithuanian language skills and good written and oral English skills.
- Ability to independently plan and solve problems.
- Flexibility, creativity, analytical thinking, initiative.
- Work in a growing, successful, stable and environmentally friendly production company.
