What you need to succeed:

• Demonstrated curiosity and a passion for continuous learning, with a proactive approach to skill development.
• 2-3 years of hands-on Front-End development experience, with a strong focus on React, crafting clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
• Proficiency in the React ecosystem (e.g., modern React Hooks, Context API and state management libraries like Redux).
• Strong command of version control (Git) and modern build tools/package managers such as Webpack, Vite, npm, or Yarn to streamline development.
• Expertise in integrating and consuming APIs - RESTful..
• Practical experience with component-driven architecture, responsive web design, and modern CSS styling approaches.
• Familiarity with web performance optimization, core web vitals, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Solid understanding of front-end design patterns, UI/UX principles, and web accessibility (a11y) standards.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup-style environment and adapt to evolving priorities.
• Proactive, results-oriented attitude with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and drive projects forward.
• Commitment to code quality, including comprehensive testing (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library, Vitest) and active participation in code reviews.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts clearly and concisely.
• Upper-intermediate English proficiency for seamless collaboration with our international team.

Salary:

Starting from 3500 €/month gross. The final salary will depend on the candidate's experience and skill set.
