We’re looking for a Business Data Analyst who enjoys turning data into insights and helping businesses make smarter decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze company financial performance (revenue, costs, profitability)
• Evaluate project and client profitability
• Optimize data analysis processes and implement automation solutions (Excel, Power BI, Streamlit)
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc business reports
• Maintain and improve existing reports according to changing processes and business priorities
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality across reports and dashboards
• Work with internal systems and data sources (Salesforce, Business Central)
• Collaborate closely with business and IT teams on data-related initiatives

What We Expect from You

• Experience in data analysis
• Strong SQL and Python skills
• Experience with Power BI or other BI tools
• Ability to collect, clean, and transform data from multiple sources (e.g., Salesforce, Business Central)
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail
• Good communication skills and ability to explain data insights clearly
• Fluent in English, the Russian language would be an advantage
