About the position

We are looking for a Python Developer to join our team and help build an AI-based business intelligence and analytics platform.

The platform processes large volumes of business data and enables real-time analysis, forecasting, optimization suggestions, and intelligent assistance. It combines classical statistical and machine learning approaches with newer LLM, AI, and agentic capabilities to help users better understand business performance and make faster, better-informed decisions.

This role is for someone who does not wait for step-by-step direction. We are looking for a developer who investigates, proposes, and drives solutions forward. You will contribute to a cloud-based platform that turns complex business data into practical insights and actions. We want someone who is genuinely interested in AI-enabled product development, especially LLMs, agents, and analytics, and who can identify where AI actually adds value and turn vague opportunities into working features.

We also value a pragmatic engineering mindset: someone who can prototype fast, but also thinks about reliability, evaluation, and production readiness. We expect the person in this role to actively use AI tools in their own development workflow and help bring modern AI practices into both the product and the way we build it.

What We Expect

• Strong Python skills and ability to write clean, maintainable code
• Good SQL knowledge and experience working with data
• Experience with APIs, web services, and backend development
• Familiarity with Docker and practical software development workflows
• Interest in or experience with AI, especially LLMs, agents, and applied analytics
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Ability to investigate unclear areas, propose solutions, and move work forward
• Clear communication and effective collaboration in a team environment

It’s a Plus If You

• Experience building AI or LLM-based product features
• Familiarity with prompt engineering, structured outputs, retrieval, or agent workflows
• Experience in analytics, BI, forecasting, optimization, or decision-support products
• Experience taking prototypes toward reliable production solutions

The gross salary in this position is 2900-4200 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discussing a different salary based on your skills and competencies.
