We're looking for a DevOps Engineer to join our team. This is a hybrid role based in Vilnius, Lithuania, requiring you to routinely spend a couple of days a week in the office.

Responsibilities
⚡️ Design, build, and maintain scalable, reliable, and secure cloud infrastructure
⚡️ Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines to enable fast software delivery
⚡️ Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions to enhance system observability
⚡️ Monitor infrastructure health and react to alerts and incidents
⚡️ Ensure security best practices are followed across all infrastructure components
⚡️ Collaborate with development teams to improve system performance and reliability
⚡️ Troubleshoot infrastructure and deployment issues to ensure minimal downtime
Requirements
💪 Expertise in cloud platforms (primarily GCP, having expertise in AWS is an advantage)
💪 Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools such as Terraform
💪 Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Kubernetes operators, Helm)
💪 Experience with any programming language (Javascript, python etc.)
💪 Proven track record in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and automation tools (we use GitLab CI/CD)
💪 Hands-on experience with monitoring and logging solutions (Prometheus, Grafana, Kibana, Elastic, Fluent Bit)
💪 Solid understanding of networking concepts, including VPN, DNS, load balancing, and routing
💪 Strong knowledge of security best practices in cloud environments
💪 Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
💪 Staying calm under pressure and resolving challenges
