As part of our next growth phase, we are looking for an entrepreneurial leader to take over and develop our Luxembourg activities.

Position

We are seeking an entrepreneurial leader to lead and expand AION Consulting in Luxembourg.

This role goes beyond a traditional executive position. The selected candidate will take operational leadership of the Luxembourg entity, drive its growth, and develop it as a strategic hub within the AION Consulting group.

The CEO Luxembourg will work in close partnership with the group, benefiting from AION’s brand, ecosystem, expertise and international network, while building a strong and autonomous presence in the Luxembourg market.

Important: The role includes equity participation in the company, with a financial investment expected as part of the partnership.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Business Development

• Lead the development and positioning of AION Consulting in Luxembourg
• Drive business development and client acquisition across the Luxembourg ecosystem
• Build trusted relationships with executive leaders, institutions, corporates and investment funds
• Identify and develop strategic partnerships and alliances
• Represent AION Consulting in Luxembourg’s business community, conferences and industry networks

Strategy & Client Engagement

• Lead high-level consulting engagements including:
• Strategic advisory
• Organizational transformation
• Operating model design
• Governance and performance improvement
• Act as a trusted advisor to CEOs, boards and senior leadership teams

Company Leadership & Operations

• Manage and develop the Luxembourg entity
• Build and lead the local consulting team
• Oversee recruitment, talent development and team structuring
• Ensure operational excellence, financial performance and sustainable growth
• Maintain and strengthen the brand image and reputation of AION in Luxembourg

Partnership with the AION Group

• Collaborate closely with AION’s leadership across Europe
• Leverage the group’s capabilities, sector expertise and delivery teams
• Contribute to the strategic development of the firm

Profile

We are looking for a recognized professional with strong entrepreneurial drive and deep knowledge of the Luxembourg market.

The ideal candidate brings:

• Strong experience in strategy consulting, advisory, corporate finance or executive leadership
• A well-established network in Luxembourg (corporates, institutions, financial sector or investment ecosystem)
• Proven ability to develop business and build long-term client relationships
• Leadership experience in building or managing teams
• A strong entrepreneurial mindset and partnership spirit

Language requirements:

• Fluency in English and French
• Luxembourgish is a strong advantage
• German is a plus

Location requirement:

• Luxembourg-based, with strong local market presence
