Project Data Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead data projects end-to-end (scoping, planning, execution, and delivery).
• Gather and formalize business requirements related to data.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
• Coordinate Data Engineering, Data Science, BI, and IT teams.
• Monitor project progress, risks, timelines, and budgets.
• Define and track project performance KPIs.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders and management.
• Contribute to defining the data strategy and improving processes

Required Qualifications

• Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Data, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, or equivalent.
• 3 to 7 years of experience in Data / IT / Analytics project management.
• Good understanding of modern data architectures (Data Lake, Data Warehouse, ETL/ELT).
• Knowledge of Cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Trello, Asana).
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

• SQL and database understanding
• BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker)

• Understanding of data pipelines
