What you might work on

Depending on your skills, you could:

• Commercial (Sales & Marketing)
• Build and scale our go-to-market: from installer partnerships and key accounts to campaigns and events. One big pillar of 2026 is the internationalisation of Weheat, which will be a key topic in the commercial team.
• Application Software
• Design and ship features for our digital products – consumer app, installer app and installer portal – working closely with our Tech & Expert Center teams.
• Support
• Help homeowners and installers get the most out of their Weheat systems, turn questions into improvements, and build world-class service processes. All with an eye on scalability, as internationalisation forces us to think big.
