The Position

As part of our ongoing growth, we are looking for a DevOps Engineer to join our teams and work on client projects in Rotterdam.

As a DevOps Engineer, you will:

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure
• Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines to enable fast, reliable releases
• Automate infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools
• Monitor system performance, reliability, and cost; proactively address issues
• Lead incident response and post-mortems, driving long-term improvements
• Partner with software engineers to improve application performance and deployment workflows
• Implement and enforce security best practices across infrastructure and pipelines
• Mentor junior engineers and influence DevOps standards and strategy

Your profile

• 4+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or related roles
• Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Hands-on expertise with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, Pulumi, etc.)
• Deep understanding of CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, CircleCI, etc.)
• Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Solid Linux and networking fundamentals
• Proficiency in at least one scripting or programming language (Python, Go, Bash, etc.)
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, etc.)
• Strong troubleshooting skills and a calm, methodical approach to incidents
