Lead DevOps Engineer

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Lead DevOps Engineer with strong expertise in Kubernetes and hands-on Python development to support critical platform and automation initiatives for ASML. The ideal candidate should have deep experience in container orchestration, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and cloud-native environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead DevOps initiatives focusing on Kubernetes-based platform engineering
• Develop and maintain automation scripts and tools using Python
• Manage and optimize containerized environments
• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines
• Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to improve deployment and scalability
• Ensure high availability, monitoring, and performance of systems
• Mentor and guide junior DevOps engineers

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes (cluster management, scaling, troubleshooting)
• Solid Python development experience
• Experience with Docker and containerization
• Strong experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.)
• Knowledge of cloud platforms and infrastructure automation
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools
• Strong troubleshooting and leadership capabilities

Nice to Have:

• Experience in large enterprise or semiconductor environments
• Exposure to Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Ansible)
