DevOps & Automation Engineer

🎯 Mission

We are looking for a DevOps & Automation Engineer to strengthen an infrastructure team based in Geneva.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage the evolution of automation platforms.
• Maintain clear, comprehensive, and up to date technical documentation.
• Train and support internal teams to ensure operational autonomy.
• Collaborate with specialized technical teams to ensure integration and consistency of solutions.
• Analyze the existing technical environment (systems, processes, tools) and propose improvements.
• Review the product backlog and project needs to help guide development activities.

🎓 Profile

• 5 to 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure management and automation.
• Strong knowledge of automation tools such as Ansible, Rundeck, Git/GitLab, Artifactory, Puppet, Jenkins.
• Good understanding of hosting and networking technologies.
• Knowledge of Active Directory / LDAP based solutions.
• Experience with project management and documentation tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Experience in Windows Server and RHEL (Red Hat Enterprise Linux) administration.
