Product Manager – Pharma & Healthcare (Geneva Based)
Are you a dynamic marketing professional with a "start-up" mindset and a passion for challenging the status quo? We are representing a specialized international pharmaceutical laboratory looking for a proactive Product Manager to drive their Swiss operations from their headquarters in Geneva.
This is not just a "maintenance" role. We are looking for an entrepreneur at heart—someone who is hungry to impact strategy, lead cross-functional initiatives, and isn't afraid to provide constructive feedback to senior leadership.
As the Product Manager, you will be the strategic and operational engine of the portfolio. You will be responsible for ensuring the long-term readiness of products while executing high-impact marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define and update a 2–3 year product vision aligned with international strategy; identify market trends, risks, and opportunities early.
- Operational Excellence: Create, develop, and follow up on marketing materials and the full media mix (including digital) to promote the portfolio.
- Data-Driven Insight: Translate market data into clear recommendations and build structured business cases to support portfolio decisions.
- Sales Force Synergy: Lead cycle meetings, gather field feedback to improve tools, and support the sales team at national congresses.
- Budget Management: Full tracking and control of the media budget
Your Profile
- Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in the pharmaceutical industry or a similar healthcare environment. At least 1 year of experience in the Swiss market is mandatory.
- Languages: Bilinguality is key. You must be fluent in German and French. Proficiency in English is a major asset.
- Education: Ideally a scientific background coupled with a specialization in Marketing
- Mindset: You possess an analytical "start-up" spirit. You are autonomous, curious, and comfortable challenging your N+1 to drive brand performance.
- Mobility: Willingness to travel within Switzerland (10-20% of the time).
