• Design and implementation of CI/CD pipelines with integrated security controls
  

• Automation of infrastructure and virtual machine deployments
  

• Conduct security assessments of platforms and pipelines
  

• Perform risk analyses and continuously improve security measures
  

• Identify, analyze, and document ICT security requirements
  

• Collaborate closely with colleagues from various specialized domains

Qualifications:

• Professional IT specialist training (EFZ) or career transition with additional IT training and initial professional experience
  

• Additional training in cybersecurity, focused on security engineering
  

• Advanced programming and scripting skills in Python and/or Bash
  

• Strong knowledge of automation tools such as Ansible and GitLab CI/CD
  

• Experience with cloud-native technologies such as Docker and/or Kubernetes is a significant advantage
  

• Openness and flexibility for a dynamic, growing environment
  

• Excellent written and spoken German, as well as good English skills (B2 level)
  

• Military career as a senior non-commissioned officer or officer is an asset
