We are currently looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join our Agile delivery teams in Barcelona and help drive continuous improvement, collaboration, and high-quality product delivery.

Role Overview

As a Scrum Master, you will facilitate Agile practices within cross-functional teams working on digital and data solutions. You will help teams adopt Agile principles, remove impediments, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.

This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work in an international environment where English is the main working language.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives).
• Support Agile teams in delivering high-quality increments in each sprint.
• Remove impediments and proactively resolve issues that impact team delivery.
• Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile principles and Scrum framework.
• Work closely with Product Owners to ensure backlog clarity and prioritization.
• Promote continuous improvement and Agile maturity across teams.
• Track and report Agile metrics such as velocity, sprint progress, and team health.
• Foster collaboration between development teams, business stakeholders, and other departments.
• Ensure transparency and alignment with organizational goals.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
• Strong understanding of Scrum, Agile frameworks, and Agile best practices.
• Experience working with cross-functional technology teams.
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
• Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• High level of English (C1 or above) – mandatory for working in an international environment.
• Experience in regulated industries is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Scrum certifications (e.g., CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master).
• Experience supporting multiple Agile teams.
• Knowledge of data, digital, or cloud-based environments.
• Experience working in international or matrix organizations.
