We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our dedicated sales team in the role of Key Account Direct Sales


Key Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for selling Mercedes-Benz products and services to a wide range of contacts and clients, with a primary focus on Diplomatic Entities and VIP clients.
  • Providing expert consultancy to National Fleet Customers (NFA) and International Fleet Customers (IFA), understanding their unique needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Accountable for significantly increasing sales turnover, growing the number of clients, and expanding the customer database within your assigned segments



Requirements:


  • A proven track record in consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • An authoritative source with advanced, in-depth knowledge of Mercedes-Benz, its products, and services.
  • A comprehensive understanding of competitor technology and market dynamics, enabling strategic positioning and effective differentiation.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients.
  • Strategic thinking with a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities and market trends.
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills relevant to diplomatic or international clients are a significant advantage.
  • University degree (minimum)
  • A valid driver's license
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales – automotive area preferred
