This position is based in Romania, offered under an employment contract (CIM) and the working mode is hybrid (one day a week).



Key Responsibilities


  • Collaborating with analysts, data scientists and engineers to design and implement scalable data and AI solutions;
  • Leading end-to-end technical projects while ensuring high data and code quality;
  • Consulting business stakeholders to understand digital needs and shape them into concrete technical solutions;
  • Applying agile practices and contributing to continuous process improvement;
  • Exploring and integrating emerging technologies to drive innovation in machine learning solutions;
  • Developing reusable ML models to improve efficiency and reduce time-to-market;
  • Staying up to date with trends in data science, AI and cloud technologies.



Required Skills


  • 4+ years of experience as a Machine Learning Engineer /Data Scientist with a degree or PhD in Computer Science, a related field or equivalent practical experience;
  • You excel in hands-on coding, processing large datasets, time series analysis, optimization algorithms, and building NLP models in Python. You're skilled with modern ML tools (scikit-learn, XGBoost, DL frameworks) and capable of validating models and implementing scalable pipelines on Spark/Databricks and Azure ML;
  • Experience building end-to-end pipelines in cloud environments (Azure/AWS);
  • Familiarity with visualization tools such as Streamlit or PowerApps;
  • You are comfortable working with Git and CI/CD workflows, and familiarity with Azure DevOps is considered a bonus;
  • Fluency in English.
