Your Mission
As a Fullstack Web Developer at Sleep Cycle, you will be a part of our marketing team and play a key role in our user acquisition efforts by contributing to multiple critical areas, including pricing, packaging, affiliates, partnerships, paid marketing, earned media, and PR campaigns. Focus in this role will be on ensuring accurate data attribution, maintaining the affiliate platform, and supporting campaign performance and partnership implementations through effective integration of technical solutions.

Your Mission
As a Fullstack Web Developer at Sleep Cycle, you will be a part of our marketing team and play a key role in our user acquisition efforts by contributing to multiple critical areas, including pricing, packaging, affiliates, partnerships, paid marketing, earned media, and PR campaigns. Focus in this role will be on ensuring accurate data attribution, maintaining the affiliate platform, and supporting campaign performance and partnership implementations through effective integration of technical solutions.
Your key responsibilities:
- Build high-performing, visually appealing and responsive web pages for various advertising campaigns.
- Enhance backend functionalities by supporting pricing, packaging, and affiliate platform development.
- Ensure accurate tracking & attribution by integrating analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Pixel tracking) for performance monitoring.
- Work closely with designers, marketing, and developers to align web, backend, and mobile elements as well as connecting and embedding relevant social media channels and market platforms to create a seamless experience
- Maintain and improve integrations to ensure seamless affiliate platform operations and marketing tech integrations.
- Contribute to app development by implementing skins and maintaining paywall discount code functionality in iOS/Android apps.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- Proficiency in Next.js, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Familiarity with the front-end framework React.
- Knowledge of backend technologies such as Python.
- Knowledge of content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Webflow)
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform or similar cloud platforms.
- Understanding of responsive web design principles and web accessibility standards.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Familiarity with frameworks such as FastAPI and Recoil
- Understanding of A/B testing methodologies and experience with tools for experimentation.
- Experience with customer engagement platforms like Braze, social marketing platforms, and/or mobile app development is a big plus.
