The Role

The primary focus of the Product Designer role will be to enhance the product experience across mobile, web, and POS. The product designer will have the opportunity to work on various aspects of the customer journey, collaborating closely within a cross-functional team. The role will involve implementing best design practices and processes to ensure a consistent and delightful user experience.

The product designer will play a key role in transforming the requirements established by our business objectives into compelling digital projects.

Responsibilities:

• ​Create and improve existing features in the Holded platform, focusing on usability and user interaction.C
• ollaborate with fellow designers, POs and the CEO to gain a deep understanding of user needs and business objectives in your projects.P
• articipate in the entire design process of our platform from initial research, ideation, design, and testing.T
• est and iterate low to high-fidelity prototypes with stakeholders to validate that we’re solving the right problems.G
• ive and solicit feedback from designers and the product team to continually raise our bar for quality.U
• se and evolve our design system by contributing new components.

• bility to translate user insights and business requirements into design solutions focused on SaaS/ERP platforms.E
• xperience in working closely with developers, marketers, and other team members to ensure the successful implementation of solutions.F
