About the role

Design the experiences that shape our product and delight our users.

At Mynt, we’re redefining how companies manage spending and payments. As a fast-growing fintech scale-up, our product and our people are at the core of everything we do. We’re now looking for a Product Designer to help craft intuitive, impactful experiences across our platform.

You’ll take our product to the next level, using your creativity, judgment, and user-centric mindset to solve complex problems and elevate the user experience.

As a Product Designer at Mynt, you’ll work across the entire product lifecycle, from research and ideation to prototyping and final design. You’ll collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and other designers to ensure every interaction is clear, delightful, and aligned with business goals. You’ll help shape design standards, systems, and processes that scale as our product and organization grow.

You’ll also play a key role in advocating for users, validating ideas with data and testing, and continuously iterating to improve usability, accessibility, and satisfaction. At Mynt, design isn’t just about visuals, it’s about solving real problems for real people, at scale.

What you bring to the table

You have experience in product design and a proven ability to create user-centered experiences that deliver business impact. You thrive in collaborative, fast-moving environments and bring a thoughtful, data-informed approach to your work.

You also bring:

• Experience in product or digital design

• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design, including UX, UI, and interaction design

• Experience working closely with cross-functional teams (PM, engineering, research)

• Expertise in design tools (Figma, Sketch, or equivalent) and prototyping methods

• User-centered design mindset, with experience conducting research, usability testing, and synthesizing insights into actionable solutions

• Ability to advocate for users and translate feedback into design improvements

• Comfort with ambiguity, iteration, and shaping new processes and standards
