Dutch MLOPs Engineer – Build & Operationalise Real AI

As a Machine Learning Engineer, you won’t just prototype models — you’ll design, deploy and operationalise AI solutions for major brands like Essent, KLM, Alliander, Stedin and Nike.

What You’ll Work On

• Predictive maintenance & forecasting models

• Intelligent automation solutions

• Recommendation engines

• Large-scale data-driven optimisation projects

• Production-grade ML systems that power real business processes

What You’ll Do

• Design, train and optimise advanced ML models

• Translate business challenges into scalable technical solutions

• Deploy models using Docker, Kubernetes and Cloud platforms

• Monitor, improve and scale live AI systems

• Collaborate closely with data scientists and software engineers end-to-end

What You Bring

• Strong Python skills (R/Java a plus)

• Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch or scikit-learn

• Solid grounding in ML algorithms, statistics and maths

• Experience bringing models into production (MLOps mindset)

• Strong analytical thinking and clear communication

• Permanent contract
• Bruto base of €5500-6500 per month + 8% holiday pay
• Annual bonus 1-2 months’ salary
