What the day will look like

  • Develop, scope, test, and launch new product features prioritized based on client needs and product vision.
  • Work directly with broking leadership and cross-functional team to improve revenue growth and efficiency through new products, approaches, services, and solutions tailored to the insurance marketplace.
  • Analyze customer needs, conduct strategic analyses, customer/competitor research, and market sizing.
  • Collect, analyze, and synthesize both user data and internal product feedback.
  • Support marketing strategy and planning aligned to business priorities and growth outcomes.
  • Consolidate global product metrics into concise reports to demonstrate product growth, revenue & metrics that pertain to performance.
  • Build product awareness and internal user base by conducting product demos, leading training sessions, and creating training documentation.
  • Provide high-level customer support, raising to the development team when needed.
  • Partner with designers, engineers, brokerage, operations, sales, marketing, legal and other internal teams.

Skills and experience that will lead to success.

  • 3+ years in a product management role.
  • Experience making high-level design and implementation decisions in partnership with product, design, and engineering teams in an agile environment.
  • Exceptional people skills capable of interacting with senior officers of major companies and within the firm.
  • A storyteller who communicates the product vision with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Project management skills that keep initiatives on task: track, measure, report. and scheduling meetings. Attention to detail and key performance indicators.
  • Ambitious demeanor where accountability and satisfaction are second nature. Results-focused.
  • Ability to make good business decisions, while keeping manager informed.
  • Technical proficiency to learn the platform, CRM system and internal tracking systems.
  • A background in insurance is preferred. Managed Services provider experience is a plus.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office experience required.
  • Experience working within an agile environment is a plus.

Education: Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent experience in product management
