Job Description

As HR Generalist for Honeywell Aerospace in Krakow, you will impact the success of our organization by effectively managing HR processes, fostering a positive work environment, and supporting the growth and development of our employees in a regional HR Model. This is a hybrid role, 3 days at the office and 2 days work from home model.

Responsibilities

  • Provide HR support and guidance to the regional HR model.
  • Partner with business leaders to understand their HR needs and develop strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive work culture.
  • Support talent management processes, including performance management, succession planning, and career development.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
  • Handle employee relations matters and provide guidance on HR-related issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement HR programs and initiatives.
  • Support organizational change initiatives and facilitate effective communication.
  • Provide coaching and support to managers and employees on HR-related matter.

Qualifications

  • University education from an accredited institution in Human Resources or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in HR generalist role
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and integrity
  • Demonstrated ability to drive employee engagement and talent development initiatives
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
