We are looking for an Associate People Operations Specialist to support core People Ops work with accuracy and strong attention to detail.
In this hybrid role in Gdansk, you will help with Onboarding, Benefits, or HR Administration, resolve tickets, and keep HR and payroll data correct and compliant. Apply to help improve processes and the employee experience.
Responsibilities
- Support daily activities within a core People Operations area such as Onboarding, Benefits, or HR Administration based on business needs
- Resolve employee inquiries via a ticketing system by delivering timely and accurate responses
- Maintain employee data in internal and external HR and payroll systems to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Align HR documents and processes with company policies and legal requirements
- Assist with creating reports and summaries for operational and compliance purposes
- Partner with the People Team to improve processes, strengthen the employee journey, and contribute to team initiatives
Requirements
- Exceptional attention to detail across day-to-day tasks
- Polish language proficiency
- Positive and proactive mindset with strong teamwork skills
- Exposure to multicultural environments as a plus
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
- Basic analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
- Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
- Ability to handle confidential information with care
- English proficiency at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level or higher
