Job Title: UAM (User Access Management) Program Analyst/Coordinator
Location: Warsaw, Poland - Hybrid" 2-3 Days to Office Every Week

Roles & Responsibilities:
Support a regulatory User Access Management program focused on Privileged Access Management by coordinating privileged account onboarding and security compliance activities.
Key Responsibilities
• Analyse privileged account onboarding across infrastructure, applications, and cloud
• Guide account owners on onboarding requirements (groups, shared accounts, safes)
• Coordinate CyberArk engineers for onboarding implementation and testing
• Manage testing and sign-off processes
• Support teams during CyberArk onboarding workshops and activities
• Work closely with PAM Run and security teams
Experience & Skills
• 5+ years in IT consulting or program coordination
• Strong understanding of Identity & Access Management (IAM)
• Knowledge of Privileged Access Management (PAM)
• Strong analytical and stakeholder coordination skills
Nice to Have
• Experience with security integration in IT solutions
• Exposure to regulatory/compliance programs
• Familiarity with CyberArk
