Marketing Artist (Freelancer)

We are looking for a Creative Artist (Freelancer) to help us produce high-performing advertising creatives for our mobile games. This role sits at the intersection of design, gameplay, marketing, and performance, directly impacting how millions of players discover our games.

Responsibilities
• Design user acquisition creatives for mobile game marketing campaigns
• Produce static and video ad creatives for platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Google, and Applovin
• Collaborate with the Growth and Marketing teams to develop creative testing strategies
• Iterate on creatives based on performance data and A/B test results
• Generate new creative concepts and visual hooks based on market trends
• Adapt in-game assets into high-converting marketing materials
• Support motion design and video editing when needed
Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in graphic design or a related field
• Experience creating performance marketing creatives (preferably in gaming)
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
• Familiarity with After Effects or other motion design tools
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling and advertising hooks
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, test-driven environment
• Attention to detail and strong creative instincts
Strong Unity knowledge and ability to work directly with game projects
Nice to Have
• Experience producing UGC-style or TikTok-native creatives
• Video editing experience (Premiere, CapCut, DaVinci, etc.)
• Experience using AI tools for creative production.
