Job Title: .NET Developer

Location: UAE (Candidates currently based in UAE preferred)

Job Description:
KalSoft is seeking an experienced .NET Developer - the ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in .NET development and SQL Server, along with hands-on experience in reporting and database services. The candidate should also possess excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.

Mandatory Skills:

• Proven experience in .NET development (Core or Framework).

• Strong SQL Server expertise (note: SQL Server skills alone are not sufficient).

• Hands-on experience with SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services) – must-have.

• Minimum 6+ years of practical experience in the above technologies.

• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders.

Preferred Skills (Strong Candidates):

• Experience with SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services).

• Experience with SSAS (SQL Server Analysis Services).

Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and enhance .NET applications.

• Create, manage, and optimize SQL Server databases and reporting solutions.

• Design and implement SSRS reports according to business requirements.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.

• Work closely with the development and business teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

• Proven track record in delivering .NET and SQL Server projects.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
