Location: We prioritise candidates who are based in Dubai then consider those working remotely in one of our European Hub Locations (UK, Spain or Germany).

We are looking for a dApp Product Owner to lead the development of the 1inch web application. The goal of this role is to build a clear, reliable, and user-friendly web product that helps people interact with decentralised finance easily and confidently.

You will define what the product should do, why features are needed, and how they should be prioritised. You will work closely with engineers, designers, and analysts to turn ideas into well-defined requirements and shipped features. You will also review results, gather feedback, and continuously improve the product based on user behaviour and data.

This role requires strong ownership, clear communication, and the ability to balance user needs with technical and business constraints. Experience with web products is essential. Familiarity with financial or blockchain-based products is a plus, but not required.

Your work will directly shape how users experience the 1inch web platform and will influence one of the most widely used products in decentralised finance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for the 1inch web dApp
  • Define and maintain product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Work closely with frontend, backend, smart contract, design, and analytics teams
  • Prioritize features and improvements based on user impact, data, and strategic goals
  • Drive the full product lifecycle: discovery → delivery → launch → iteration
  • Analyze user behavior, funnel metrics, and on-chain data to inform decisions
  • Ensure high product quality, usability, and performance on the web
  • Coordinate releases and communicate product updates internally



Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience as a Product Owner / Product Manager for web products
  • Strong understanding of DeFi and Web3 (DEXs, wallets, swaps, gas, blockchain UX)
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum product teams
  • Ability to write clear, structured product specs and documentation
  • Data-driven mindset and experience with product analytics
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent English



Nice to haves


  • Experience building or owning Web3 / DeFi web applications
  • Understanding of smart contract interactions from web UIs
  • Strong sense of UX for complex financial interfaces
  • Experience scaling high-traffic web products
