We're on the lookout for dynamic and motivated talent to join our PubCubs Internship as Designer Interns. Join us and gain hands-on experience in design/art direction by supporting the creation and execution of creative assets across print, digital, and broadcast media. You'll play a key role in brainstorming concepts, assisting in design execution, and refining visual storytelling while gaining invaluable insights into real-world campaign development. The Journey

- Just a heads up, by applying, you're signing up for the whole program from June 8th – August 13th, 2026. It's going to be an awesome ride, so make sure you're all in!
- Here's the scoop: you'll need to be in the office at least 3 days a week, so pick a market where you've got that visa or residency sorted. Unfortunately, we can't hook you up with residency, housing, or transportation, but we've got your back in every other way!
- Oh, and don't forget your trusty laptop - it's your sidekick for this adventure. We won't be able to provide equipment, but we know you've got that covered!
- As this will be a paid internship and, if selected, you will be asked to provide supporting documents to finalize your contract.
- Work closely with Art Directors and Designers to assist in day-to-day tasks, creating layouts and designs for assigned projects to the best of your ability, using Adobe Creative Suite programs.
- Participate in designing and producing online content, including social media and display banners.
- Collaborate with creative teams to create stories and content supporting our campaign platforms and narratives.
- Support in developing websites and mobile apps based on wireframes and managing projects from the concept to the realization phase.
- Assist in ensuring that design and content are consistent across all platforms.
- Collaborate with Creatives, UX and Developers to deliver digital output of the highest quality and to brief.
- Contribute to a well-rounded understanding of current industry trends by staying informed on emerging creative digital trends.
- Make valuable contributions to discussions and brainstorming sessions, providing insights and a unique point of view.
- Currently enrolled in or have recently completed an undergraduate program in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Advertising, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Creative Suite Software.
- Motivated and willing to learn within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Team player with good interpersonal skills.
- Committed to approaching situations and individuals with honesty, integrity, and humility.
- Strong communications skills, both verbal and written.
