About the role
We are looking for a talented AI Engineer with strong technical expertise in AI concepts such as LLM’s, embeddings, overfitting and RAGs as well as the ability to apply them in practical work. Additionally, we value team members who communicate clearly, are eager to share their knowledge and who enjoys enabling colleagues to start working with AI on their own. Responsibilities
- Translating business needs into actionable requirements for AI solutions
- Develop AI prototypes in collaboration with colleagues
- Deploy AI solutions into production within our technical environment
- Communicate the value of AI and data-driven approaches across the company
- Guide and support colleagues in using our AI services effectively
We believe you recognize yourself in most of the following
- Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or similar
- Preferably a few years of relevant work experience outside academia
- A collaborative mindset and strong interpersonal skills
- Clear and professional English language skills in both writing and conversation
- Proficient in Python, MLOps, Prompting, RAG and Classic ML
- Strong coding skills and technical experience
- Hands-on experience with cloud-based AI development environments, such as Microsoft Azure and Databricks
- Knowledge of Agents, skills, and vibecoding
