Project Manager / Operational Change Management (H/F/X

We are looking for a Project Manager / Operational Change Management (H/F/X) for our client, a leading company in the Food & Beverage industry in Nyon, to join its dynamic and innovative team in a permanent role:

Missions:

• You lead strategic transformation projects aimed at optimizing restaurant operations, simplifying workflows, and integrating modern technologies to enhance employee productivity and customer satisfaction.
• You manage all phases of project delivery, including business case development, testing, piloting, and scaling solutions across multiple franchise locations.
• You collaborate closely with franchise partners to implement operational standards, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain high levels of food safety and service quality.
• You design and deliver training programs to build capabilities within franchise teams, supporting effective adoption of new tools, processes, and technologies.
• You develop standardized procedures and repeatable project frameworks to ensure consistent implementation across diverse markets.
• You analyze operational data, identify trends and root causes of performance gaps, and provide actionable insights to support decision-making and drive continuous improvement.

Profile:

• You have significant experience in project management, operational optimization, or change management, preferably within the hospitality, retail, or food services industry.
• You are skilled at managing large-scale, cross-functional initiatives, working collaboratively with diverse stakeholders, and delivering results in complex environments.
• You are fluent in English and a second regional language
• You have excellent problem-solving and communication skills, enabling you to build strong partnerships with franchisees, vendors, and internal teams.
• You are detail-oriented, results-driven, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• You are passionate about innovation and enjoy designing and implementing solutions that enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
