Contract Duration: 3 to 6 months
Good to have: CCIE Wireless, CWNE, or equivalent level of expertise with 10 years and above.
Strong knowledge of networking protocols, security technologies, and industry best practices. Ability to analyze and troubleshoot network traffic. Proficiency in reliability and security disciplines (availability, security, etc.) as well as operational practices (systems management, change management, etc.). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Deep technical expertise in Cisco Wireless solutions. Proven experience conducting wireless site surveys, including heatmaps, pre-deployment, and post-deployment surveys. Demonstrated success delivering industry-specific or horizontal wireless solutions. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to propose innovative solutions and take full ownership of customer engagements. Working knowledge of software programmability, automation, orchestration, and/or virtualization, with strong Python scripting experience.
Main Responsibilities: • Drives customer-facing on-site technology design, implementation, execution, migration and/or optimization sessions. • You will work on delivering a variety of projects, including designing wireless network infrastructures, conducting pre-deployment and post-deployment wireless site surveys, configuring devices such as: o Wireless LAN Controllers o Access points o Outdoor and Industrial wireless o Wireless LAN Management • You will collect requirements from customers for projects to meet critical business and information technology goals • Additionally , you will actively participate and lead in planning, designing, and optimizing deployed Cisco security solutions for our customers. • You may engage in presale activities and translate business requirements into solution design. • Aligns technical deliverables to customer business outcomes. • Creates, reviews and approves project expectation e.g., Design recommendations, High Level Design, Low Level Design, Implementation/ Change Management Plans. • Drives customer technology transitions, influencing solution architectures and services. • Aligns with and supports company policies and processes and uses relevant tools to effectively execute the role and support Professional Services’ strategies and goals.
