I'm looking for a Data Analyst to help drive informed decision-making and support our business growth through data-driven insights.

As a Data Analyst, you’ll analyse and interpret complex datasets, uncover meaningful patterns, and transform data into actionable recommendations. By leveraging statistical techniques, data visualization, and analytical expertise, you’ll provide insights that help stakeholders understand trends, optimize processes, and make better business decisions.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

• Analyse complex datasets to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights.
• Apply statistical methods and create clear, impactful data visualizations.
• Collect, validate, and ensure accuracy of data from multiple sources.
• Build data models and forecasting techniques to predict trends and outcomes.
• Provide recommendations to improve performance and optimize processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve business challenges with data.
• Ensure compliance with data governance and maintain confidentiality.
• Communicate findings effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Stay updated with the latest data analysis tools, trends, and techniques.
• Support presentations, reports, and executive briefings with actionable insights.

🎓 Qualifications & Experience

• 4+ years in data analytics, business intelligence, or data intelligence roles
• Strong hands-on experience with SQL; Python preferred, R acceptable
• Exposure to standards, compliance, or tech-driven environments is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong organizational, documentation, and analytical abilities
