UX Designer


SCRYPT is seeking to hire a smart and highly motivated UX Designer. You will play a key role in elevating the user experience across our platforms, working to enhance both customer-facing applications and internal systems. This position is part-time and offers flexibility, but requires dedication to achieving a seamless, intuitive, and visually engaging user experience.

Key responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the technical and development teams as well as the executives, to understand user needs and translate them into effective and accessible design solutions.
  • Design and refine interfaces that prioritize usability, accessibility, and visual appeal.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and validate design solutions.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for new features and improvements
  • Ensure design consistency across all touchpoints while adhering to SCRYPT’s brand guidelines.
  • Gather feedback from users and stakeholders to continuously enhance user experience.
  • Stay updated on UX trends, usability principles, and best practices to keep our platforms modern and effective.


Job requirements  

  • Proven experience in UX design (agency, corporate, or freelance), ideally with some familiarity in crypto assets for web3 companies and institutional clients.
  • A portfolio demonstrating strong design principles, creativity, and technical skill.
  • Proficiency in UX tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch) and familiarity with web standards.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a multi-disciplinary team.
  • Knowledge of usability, accessibility standards, and design best practices.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in User Experience, Design, STEM, or equivalent experience.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and improvement
  • Fluent English Speaker
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
