Junior IT Support Engineer | Help Drive Innovation at Curaleaf International!

Location: Brampton, Ontario (Hybrid - 4 days on-site)

Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 CAD (Depending on experience)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

In this role, you won't just be "fixing computers"-you'll be a vital link in our global operations, collaborating closely with our IT Manager and European teams to support over 700 users.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • The Go-To Problem Solver: Provide first-line support via phone, email, and service desk, tackling everything from hardware hiccups to software snags.
  • Systems Specialist: Administer our Microsoft 365 environment, manage user accounts, and handle password resets or access permissions.
  • Hardware Hero: Set up and configure equipment for new hires and ensure all on-premises hardware is patched, updated, and running smoothly.
  • Documentation Pro: Maintain clear records of IT procedures and manage our digital and physical assets.
  • Global Collaborator: Coordinate with our UK and EU teams to provide seamless support across time zones.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience: At least 1+ years in a first-line support role within a busy office environment.
  • Tech Savvy: Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and experience troubleshooting within the Microsoft 365 suite.
  • Adaptability: The ability to support a diverse workforce of 700+ users with patience and excellent customer service.
  • Bonus Points: If you've worked with RMM tools (like Atera) or have a basic understanding of network equipment (routers/switches), we want to hear about it!
  • Communication: Fluent English is essential for supporting our local and international colleagues.
