Our client is seeking a Platform-Savvy Product Designer to support the design of scalable digital systems and internal platforms. This role is ideal for a designer who thinks beyond individual screens and focuses on workflow design, system structure, and interaction models that operate within real platform constraints.
The successful candidate will bring strong systems thinking, the ability to define complex product structures, and a portfolio that demonstrates thoughtful design across workflows, states, and interactions.
- Key ResponsibilitiesDesign structured product experiences that account for workflows, system states, and complex interaction models
- Translate product requirements into clear, scalable design frameworks aligned with platform capabilities and constraints
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and stakeholders to design solutions that integrate within larger systems and architectures
- Create and document interaction patterns, flows, and product structures that enable consistent user experiences
- Contribute to the evolution of platform and product design patterns across the organization
- QualificationsStrong experience in product design with a focus on platform-based or system-driven products
- Demonstrated ability to design workflows, interaction models, and complex product states
- Comfortable designing within platform constraints and technical environments
- Strong systems thinking and structured problem-solving approach
- Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product thinking and platform-aware design work
- Experience designing internal workplace solutions or enterprise tools is considered an asset
