Responsibilities:

Experience defining roles suitable for Role-Based Access Control in collaboration with Line of Business.

• Experience with SailPoint IIQ Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) capability.

• Experience working with technology engineering to drive timely delivery of new RBAC feature/functionality in SailPoint IIQ solutions aligned with the IAM strategic roadmap.

• Experience defining role management and segregation of duties business framework and capabilities that align with access management control standards and delivers an improved user experience.

• Interpret internal/external business issues and recommend best practices.

• Experience establishing RBAC and segregation of duties governance metrics and reporting, including KRIs and KPIs.

• Demonstrated experience in the development of business process and the deployment of IT Security controls, IAM solutions.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Proactive team player with effective time management skills and the ability to work independently.

• Ability to research, analyze and problem-solve issues.

• Understanding and familiarity with Agile methodologies.

• Identify control solutions that will increase IAM maturity to align with NIST.

• Consult on Regulatory compliance requirements, reporting and questions.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The hourly salary for this position is between $[100,000 - 115,000] depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
