Role Overview

We're looking for a highly analytical and crypto-native Web3 Hedge Fund Analyst to join our remote team in Canada. This role is ideal for someone deeply engaged in crypto markets who actively researches tokens, follows on-chain trends, and understands the dynamics of digital asset investing. You will help identify high-potential opportunities across the Web3 ecosystem by analyzing market data, tokenomics, and protocol developments while supporting investment strategies within a fast-moving crypto fund environment.

What You Will Do

• Research cryptocurrencies, blockchain protocols, and emerging Web3 sectors to identify investment opportunities.  

• Analyze tokenomics, liquidity, and market structure across digital asset markets.  

• Monitor on-chain activity, capital flows, and market sentiment to uncover early signals.  

• Produce research reports, investment memos, and actionable insights for the investment team.  

• Track portfolio performance and analyze risks across volatile crypto markets.  

• Stay closely engaged with industry developments across DeFi, Layer 1 and Layer 2 networks, and other Web3 sectors.

What We Are Looking For

• Strong involvement in crypto markets through investing, trading, or research.  

• Solid understanding of blockchain technology, digital assets, and token economics.  

• Experience analyzing crypto projects, market trends, or investment opportunities.  

• Familiarity with blockchain analytics tools such as Dune Analytics, Nansen, Glassnode, or similar platforms.  

• Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate market data into investment insights.  

• Self-motivated mindset with the ability to thrive in a remote, fast-paced Web3 environment.

Compensation and Benefits

• Base Salary: $115,000 - $130,000 CAD annually (commensurate with experience)
