Our challenge

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Project Manager to lead and oversee multiple projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate will facilitate effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders, ensure timely delivery of projects, and maintain high standards of quality and efficiency.


The Role

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate discovery sessions with all key stakeholders to make sure everyone is aligned on project goals.
  • Facilitate planning sessions that include grooming of epics/user stories, identifying dependencies, sizing the effort, resources planning, and developing a detailed release plan.
  • Facilitate scrum ceremonies to plan and execute sprints, and conduct scrum-of-scrums with impacted teams to ensure the project stays on track.
  • Facilitate execution of sprints, testing strategy, test execution, defects management, and release activities.
  • Collaborate across departments including technology, business, infrastructure, and other stakeholders involved.
  • Manage risks, issues, and mitigation plans proactively.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, resolving scheduling conflicts and other constraints to meet deadlines.
  • Communicate effectively, providing clear visibility to the team and senior management into project health.


Requirements:

You are:

  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in a technology or digital environment.
  • Strong facilitation, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication and reporting abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.


Nice-to-have:

It would be great if you also had:

  • Certification such as PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent is preferred.
