Your new role
As a Project Manager, you will support the Communications and Creative teams by driving end‑to‑end delivery of cross‑functional initiatives. You will apply established project methodologies to ensure clear planning, visibility, accountability, and execution across multiple simultaneous projects.
You will oversee schedules, documentation, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communication, while also facilitating meetings, gathering requirements, and ensuring projects meet scope, budget, and timeline expectations. You’ll mentor junior team members and support strategic initiatives such as KPI analysis, feedback processes, and digital content development.
What you'll need to succeed
- 3–8+ years of project management or related experience.
- Proven success leading multiple complex technology implementations.
- Strong presentation, written, and verbal communication skills for executive, managerial, and technical audiences.
- Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
- Experience with creative and communications project methodologies (preferred).
- Ability to manage third‑party vendors and customer interactions with diplomacy.
- PMP/Scrum Master certifications are an asset.
- Professional Services or SaaS experience is a plus.
- Strong leadership in negotiation, influencing, communication, and problem-solving.
- Ability to independently own problems and deliver solutions.
