Your new role

• Shape and guide the overall architecture of the mobile app, ensuring scalable and well‑structured technical design.
• Lead the direction and structure of large scale and high availability mobile development while supporting smooth feature delivery.
• Maintain high standards for app quality, stability, and performance across platforms.
• Mentor engineers and elevate team capabilities through reviews and guidance.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to coordinate end‑to‑end feature execution.
• Continuously improve development workflows and address technical issues proactively.

What you'll need to succeed

• Extensive background and experience in building large scale and high-availability mobile applications across major platforms such as Android or iOS.
• Strong experience working with modern cross‑platform mobile frameworks such as React Native.
• Proven leadership in driving technical decisions and maintaining code quality.
• Deep understanding of app architecture, performance considerations and secure data handling.
• Familiarity with native tools such as Xcode or Android Studio, release workflows and continuous delivery practices.
