Our esteemed client in the IT industry is seeking a Digital Project Manager to join their dynamic team:
- Employment Type: 2-years contract
- Position: Digital Project Manager
- Location: Toa Payoh
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours
- Salary Package: Up to $8,400 + Bonus + Medical Benefits
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead development of business cases and budgeting for digital systems aligned with agency objectives.
- Plan and manage the project roadmap, ensuring coordination across initiatives and highlighting interdependencies.
- Establish reporting standards, improve processes, and drive efficiency and scalability.
- Manage stakeholders across technical and non-technical domains, communicating progress, quality, and scope expectations.
- Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure smooth delivery.
- Acquire and manage financing and resources to enable seamless execution.
- Define KPIs and monitor progress to measure project success.
- Resolve higher-level conflicts across interdependent projects.
- Manage procurement, audit, and vendor engagement for IT systems.
- Ensure projects meet business needs, outcomes, and agreed parameters of cost, schedule, and quality.
- Analyse change requests, propose improvements, and work with support teams during operations and maintenance.
- Apply appropriate project management methodologies, including Agile practices, to ensure project success.
- Motivate and engage key partners to deliver positive outcomes for digital products.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, IT, Computer/Electronics Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, with exposure to at least 2 full project lifecycles, ideally including Agile methodology.
- Experience with cloud-based digital solutions, design thinking, data analytics, or product-centric development.
- Experience in tender bids, evaluations, and presentations.
- Project management certifications (CITPM, COMIT, PMI) and Agile certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Master).
- Knowledge of AWS and exposure to at least one of the areas in: Agile, cloud, internet/mobile technologies, records management, data analytics, or service design.
