Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) Lead with strong Golang development expertise to design, build, and maintain highly scalable and reliable systems. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Kubernetes, AWS cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring tools such as Prometheus and Grafana.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-quality backend services using Golang.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code, including unit tests in Go.
• Design, deploy, and manage applications in Kubernetes environments, including Deployments, StatefulSets, and Load Balancers.
• Build and manage CI/CD pipelines to support automated build, testing, and deployment processes.
• Manage and optimize infrastructure on AWS Cloud.
• Implement and maintain monitoring and observability solutions using Grafana, Prometheus, Alertmanager, and Loki.
• Collaborate with development, operations, and leadership teams to ensure high availability, scalability, and reliability of systems.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement improvements to enhance system stability and performance.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the SRE team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong experience with Golang development (E2 level or higher).
• Experience writing unit tests in Go.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, including deployments, StatefulSets, and Load Balancers.
• Strong experience with AWS cloud services.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with monitoring and logging tools including Grafana, Prometheus, Alertmanager, and Loki.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively with both technical teams and management.
