We are seeking a skilled Cybersecurity Analyst to help protect our organization’s systems, networks, and data from security threats. In this role, you will monitor security systems, identify vulnerabilities, respond to incidents, and implement security measures to safeguard company information. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills and experience with cybersecurity tools and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor network and system activity for potential security threats
• Investigate and respond to security incidents and alerts
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and security audits
• Implement and maintain security tools such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and endpoint protection
• Analyze security logs and identify suspicious activities
• Collaborate with IT teams to improve security infrastructure
• Ensure compliance with security policies and industry standards
• Prepare reports on security incidents and risk assessments

Required Skills

• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices
• Experience with security monitoring and threat detection tools
• Understanding of network protocols, firewalls, and intrusion detection systems
• Familiarity with operating systems such as Linux and Windows
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to respond quickly to security incidents

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field
• Industry certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or CEH
• Experience with SIEM tools (Splunk, IBM QRadar, or similar)
• Knowledge of cloud security (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
