Job Title: Scrum Master (SAFe Environment)

Location: Remote (WV, NY, NJ)

Job Summary:

STAFFXPERT LLC is seeking a Scrum Master on behalf of our client in United States. The ideal candidate will have strong experience leading Agile teams within a SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) environment. This role requires a proactive Scrum Master who can effectively facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove impediments, and drive delivery initiatives to ensure alignment with project scope, timelines, and overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a servant leader and Agile facilitator for Scrum teams.
• Lead and coordinate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Drive Agile initiatives and ensure alignment with project scope, timelines, and delivery goals.
• Identify and remove impediments to support smooth sprint execution and team productivity.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to support backlog prioritization and sprint planning.
• Promote Agile best practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Monitor team progress using Agile metrics and reporting to ensure transparency and delivery success.
• Support teams operating within a SAFe framework.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of dedicated Scrum Master experience supporting Agile teams.
• Hands-on experience working in a SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) environment.
• SAFe certification such as SAFe Scrum Master, SAFe Agilist, or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of Agile principles, Scrum practices, and delivery management.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the Healthcare domain.
• Experience working with ServiceNow (SNOW); experience with any module is acceptable.
